Libacao Kalibo #urgentcalls #reliefPH

POSTED ON November 18, 2013 AT 2:42 am

We’ve been getting calls for relief goods in Libacao Kalibo since Day 2 of the aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda. The mayor reports to Alexis that 90% of the town is destroyed, there’s no electricity and water, and one might get to the town only by motorcycle. On November 16, Alexis gathered goods and made sure to get them to Libacao herself. Her last update about Libacao was after midnight of November 18.
