Locals stuck in Brgy. Kaybagal, Tagaytay. They have been left in na evacuation center there but even the evacuation center is in an EXCLUSION ZONE. Meaning no one should be in that barangay at all.

There’s no water, electricity, relief goods, or protection from ash. This is a poor barangay. Rescue needed.

Requesting assistance for the inner barangays from the Tagaytay City Market, including Tolentino, Bucal, Apyad, Toledo. No electricity and water, no one’s clearing the roads of ashfall, and no barangay officials in sight. Only means into the communities are via tricycles.
